    This page outlines your right to cancellation, returns, and claims regarding purchases made through our online store.


    Right of Withdrawal

    As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. At HairFiller, we extend this to 30 days (open purchase), giving you more time to decide. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    If the returned product is damaged or has lost value due to use beyond what's necessary to determine its function or characteristics, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

    Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You are responsible for the item until we receive it, so please ensure it's properly packaged.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (e.g., personalized items such as engraved jewelry).


    Refunds

    For most items, if the product is faulty or not as described, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
    Return shipping costs are not refundable.

    Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal (provided we've received the item).

    If you paid with Klarna, a corrected invoice or refund will be issued by Klarna directly.


    Returns (if applicable)

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • It must be returned in its original packaging.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    Returns after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.


    Lifetime Guarantee (if applicable)

    Some products come with a lifetime guarantee. The guarantee covers up to 3 replacements. HairFiller may choose to issue a full refund or send a new product.


    How to Return a Product

    1. Contact our customer service at contact@hairfiller.shop with your name, email, and order number.

    2. You’ll receive a withdrawal form by email.

    3. Once approved, you’ll be given return instructions.

    4. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    5. We recommend using PostNord and choosing tracked shipping or shipping insurance.

    Unclaimed Packages

    Packages will remain at the pickup point for 7 days before being returned to us.
    Unclaimed orders will incur a 199 SEK handling fee, which covers shipping, return shipping, admin, and restocking.

    If you change your mind after the package has shipped, you must still pick it up and then return it manually—otherwise, it will be marked as unclaimed and the fee will be deducted from your refund.

    HairFiller is not responsible for delivery notifications by PostNord or missed pickups due to personal reasons (e.g., illness or work). You may be able to extend the pickup time via the PostNord app.


    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@hairfiller.shop


    Partial Refunds

    Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to HairFiller's error) may be eligible for partial refunds or be denied a refund altogether. We’ll notify you after inspection.


    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Recheck your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take time before the refund is posted.

    3. Contact your bank – processing times may vary.

    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our support form or email.


    Claims & Complaints

    If your item is defective or damaged, you are entitled to make a claim.
    Start by taking photos of the damaged item and include your order number when contacting us.

    Only send the item back after we’ve approved your claim.
    We'll inspect the product and determine if the damage is covered by the guarantee. If so, you’ll receive a replacement, repair, or refund.

    Claims apply only to manufacturing defects, not to lost items, wear and tear, or misuse.

    You must report the issue within a reasonable time from when you discovered the problem – within 2 months is always considered reasonable.
    You have a 3-year claim period.

    If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping.

    If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se. We follow ARN's decisions in the event of disputes.
