It takes 1–2 business days to process your order. Our products are shipped from our international warehouse with tracked shipping (4–9 business days).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Make sure to check your spam folder in case it ends up there.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may be required to pay additional import fees.
Please note: Our prices are listed excluding VAT, and customs duties or import fees may apply when the product is shipped from our warehouse in China. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Color Match Guarantee
If you order a color that doesn’t match your hair, we’ll send you a new one – completely free of charge.
No need to return the incorrect shade.
RETURNS
If for any reason you want to return your product, you have a 365-day return policy. You’ll receive a full refund once we receive the returned item.
